" My family has purchased three cars from this dealership. They remembered us after years went by from a previous purchase, which was amazing. Eric the sales manager at Glendale Chrysler is our favorite. Friendly staff, no pressure attitude, take as much time as you need is refreshing and part of the reason we keep coming back to this dealership. We've even recommended them to our friends. Once you find a car dealership where you feel your treated fairly, get an amazing price on cars, you want everyone to know. It's a bit more to take our cars here for work, but our experience is that it's worth the price. (vs chain places). Overall, we are very happy with Glendate Chrysler and Jeep.‎ "

my sad sad 98 jeep broke down on forest park pkwy and was towed to glendale jeep. I was headed out of town for the weekend so i left it with them and it was all fixed up when I returned. they were pleasant and got to me right away when the tow truck arrived with my car. it was 100+ degrees but i didn't get anything for showing up w/o an apt. I think considering it was the wkend they did a good job of getting the work done by the time i got back. it also cost me not a dime because whatever they repaired was a par tthat had just been replaced so it was under warranty. they also performed some 27pt inspection/check and told me waht else was wrong with the car. from my limited experience, it is a great service dept
